BREAKING NEWS: Montreal Hells Angels MC Leader, Boss Marty Robert’s Best Friend, “Fess” Plouffe, Missing Since Meeting With Canadian HA Prez “Nurget” Stadnick
August 8, 2026 — In the hours after Montreal and Ontario Hells Angels Motorcycle Club chieftains met last weekend, Montreal Hells Angels MC street boss Stephane (Fess) Plouffe disappeared. Plouffe’s car was found abandoned on Monday near a park where ’81’ leaders convened to reportedly discuss an issue from biker activity in the Toronto area a day earlier. The meeting of Hells Angels brass last Sunday was headed by longtime Canadian Hells Angels president Walter (Nurget) Stadnick, who bases his affairs out of Hamilton, Ontario: it was the last day Plouffe was seen by his family. Fifty-seven year old “Fess” Plouffe is the right-hand man and best friend of Montreal Hells Angels president Marty (The Capo) Robert.
On the same day Plouffe’s vehicle was discovered (Monday, August 2), law enforcement in the United States fanned out with search warrants related to a homicide investigation in Florida connected to the Hells Angels in both Montreal and New York, according to sources in the Sunshine State. Robert owns a house in Boca Raton, Florida where he often vacations and conducts business with U,S. Hells Angels members. One of the suspects in the homicide investigation has links to Robert and members of the Italian mafia in New York and Philadelphia.
During the 1990s, Robert and Plouffe came up in the Canadian biker underworld as leaders of the Death Riders Motorcycle Club, a Hells Angels Nation support club and were convicted in drug and murder conspiracies from the Great Quebec Biker War (Hells Angels vs. The Rock Machine: 1994-2002). Plouffe was the best man and officiant at Robert’s wedding back in 2018. Canadian law enforcement is actively investigating Robert and Plouffe in current narcotics and homicide conspiracies revolving around more recent relationships and conflicts with Montreal’s Sicilian mafia.
