June 29, 2025 — One of the most notorious and speculated-upon females in the Providence area is starring in the new Real Housewives of Rhode Island cable television show of the mega “Real Housewives” franchise on Bravo.

Her name is Elizabeth McGraw and she’s a queen of sorts. Her husband, Gerry McGraw, is the cannabis king of Rhode Island, owner of the largest legally-licensed marijuana distributor in the state. But that really barely scratches the surface of her growing infamy in recent years. The feds and the Rhode Island State Police both consider her a suspect in a wide-scale cocaine trafficking operation being run by New England mob’s Patriarca crime family.

The 11th installment of the Housewives is being filmed right now and the cast introduced on the cable channel’s various social-media feeds. A post showing the McGraws appeared last week. Rumors of the couple’s participation began spreading in the spring.

Per sources, McGraw once dated reputed 47-year old Providence mob figure Dino (The Ghost) Guilmette, who is suspected of heading the multi-million dollar coke ring that has been at the center of a multi-agency investigation for the past five years and remains ongoing: the probe ties him to Jennifer McGraw by way of hundreds of text messages and phone calls and to Patriarca mob underboss Matthew (Good Looking Matty) Guglielmetti via law-enforcement surveillance logs. These surveillance reports show Guilmette attending the 2021 and 2022 Providence mob Christmas parties and chauffeuring Guglielmetti to meetings on Federal Hill, some of them occurring at restaurants and others at the Toscan Social Club. RISP informants and undercover officers have engaged in “controlled purchases” of cocaine from the alleged drug operation and trace the packages of blow back to supply-lines in the Cayman Islands. Guglielmetti, a longtime Providence-based capo in the Patriarca clan, did almost a decade in the can for protecting cocaine shipments being transported through Rhode Island and allegedly sponsored Guilmette for his button at a 2023 LCN making ceremony.

Ocean State cannabis king Gerry McGraw, 53, owns the Slater Compassion brand (licensed for retail sales in 2022). Elizabeth McGraw, 55, is employed in an administrative position at Slater Compassion, according to state-employment records. GoLocalProv.com originally broke the news of confidential informants telling the RISP of Elizabeth McGraw’s suspected involvement in mobbed-up coke deals involving Guilmette and Guglielmetti. FBI and DEA agents have followed Guilmette and the McGraws on vacations to the Cayman Islands and other Carribean destinations they believe they might be conducting illegal business. Dino Guilmette is currently fighting a pill case. Gerry McGraw is not linked to the cocaine investigation. Besides being a certified tough guy, former boxer and backroom-bar brawler Guilmette, much like his mentor, 76-year old OG Good Looking Matty in his younger days, is a genuine Grade-A ladies’ man. Guilmette shares a daughter with Shayonna Jenkins, the widow of convicted-murderer and former NFL tight end Aaron Hernandez. While serving a life prison sentence, Hernandez committed suicide.
